Casa bellamini

3816 Turtle Creek, Dallas, Tx

history

I named my home Casa Bellamini in honor of my Mother.  Completed in 2009, with over 6 years to develop, design and build, my vision of a new concept home was completed.  Casa Bellamini is a celebration of many styles executed with extreme precision.  From the monolithic feel of homes built centuries ago to the emphasis placed on symmetry found more often in more contemporary structures, Casa Bellamini is truly a unique experience to even the most sophisticated client.

You will be immediately captivated by the Natatorium that is the grand entrance into the home, the giant fireplace located at the far end of the pool that can be seen from the main entrance doors, the Moorish architecture influenced with Spanish and Algerian nuances.  Its modern interpretation of classic style is rarely witnessed and at once both familiar and wonderfully unexpected.

Casa Bellamini is a four acre estate just minutes from downtown Dallas business district and adjacent to bustling uptown.  The gated home is nestled between the shaded meanderings of Turtle Creek and the popular Katy Trail jogging and cycling path.  It is a quiet enclave of natural beauty surrounded by Dallas' urban energy.

This home has been featured on Million Dollar Rooms not once, but twice and has been used in a feature film.

I hope to develop this concept all over the world.  Because the details are complete, the time frame and cost to redevelop the project will be considerably less.  The home was my private residence and serves as a model for possible future development.

You may contact me for consultations.  Additionally both the plans and particular details of the home are also available for purchase.
