At this time, power properties was synonymous with innovative entry-level condos in the Dallas market with the reputation of creating residences with a sophisticated style uniquely original to any other projects in Dallas.
Our next venture, Paradiso consisted of 150 residence and 3 buildings. We were adamant in maintaining our reputation and our mission to create every building with its own individual and unique aesthetic. I was able to do this again by not purchasing products similar to the other builders in the area. Rather, I had the majority of the products custom designed. I also came up with a design that was very different from Bella and Tuscany. While the community At Bella translated into an old world neighborhood in a Spanish village, The Tuscanya grand Italian villa, the Paradiso felt more like a stylized hip boutique hotel in South Beach. With its 9 foot custom iron gas lanterns and steel and glass awnings, Paradiso remains to be in a class of its own with an enduring timeless style.
Paradiso 1 featured a grand limestone walkways with 10 foot glass seamless entry doors. Paradiso 2 was more intimate with a 12 ft glass tile wall descending-fountains and private cabanas. Paradiso 3 was complete with an oversized limestone fireplace, 12 ft fountain and 40 30 foot palm trees. By introducing music piped through the trees, an elaborate coffee bar, an outdoor movie theatre, lounge beds, pools, spa, and gardens complete with natural stone boulders and waterfalls, Power became the first developers in 2006 in creating atmosphere so exciting and unique for young professionals, that it became to go to for future developments in years to come
