The Zen Garden is one of 3 courtyards at the "Verandah Flats" residences. The other two courtyards have swimming pools and flank either side of this garden. I wanted to do something entirely different with all three courtyards with each one have a totally different personality and this one is my favorite with a beautiful stone fountain as the focal point.
I used porcelain wood grain plank tile to give it warmth, hung wood lanterns with flameless candles hung from the trees to create chandeliers over the dining tables, and have a comfortable seating area next to the fireplace and BBQ station.
